Stephen Pomeranc is the Head of Property with 34 years experience specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial property with a particular expertise in enfranchisement law. He also undertakes Company Commercial matters including share and asset sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, and company arrangements and formalities. Stephen graduated from King’s College London in 1984 then trained and practiced at Manches & Co (now Penningtons Manches LLP) before later leaving for Forsyte Kerman. He headed up the Property Department at Reid Minty & Co (now Pinsent Masons LLP) before forming Pomeranc Pearlman & Co with Denise Pearlman and then Lee Pomeranc & Co. Stephen has rejoined Denise Pearlman as a consultant solicitor for the past 9 years.
