Sara Franklin – Senior Solicitor

Sara Franklin joined Pearlmans Solicitors in 2003 and has spent the last 15 years working in our Wills and Probate department as a senior solicitor. Sara has extensive experience in preparing Wills for a range of clients including high net worth individuals and those who may have assets in several jurisdictions. When dealing with the administration of estates Sara guides our clients through the probate process at what is a difficult and distressing time for all those concerned. Sara has a vast amount of experience in dealing with all types of estate administration both where the deceased has left a Will and in the cases of an intestacy. Sara also advises on and prepares Lasting Powers of Attorneys for both property and finances, and health and welfare. Sara deals with applications to the Court of Protection where clients have not made Lasting Powers of Attorney or where authority is needed for attorneys to carry out certain acts. Sara studied law at what is now known as the London Metropolitan University and then the College of Law before completing her training at Holborn firm Saunders Sobell Leigh and Dobin.
